Paxi's very bad service

I sent a parcel on the 20th August from Jbg to CARLETONVILLE amd for some reasom the parcel is still sitting woth couriers in Jbg,i've called paxi everyday and each time im told they will email the courier and i must wait 24hrs,do they even realise time is ticking.The reason i sent it on that day was because it was needed within 10 days,3weeks later it still hasnt arrived and now its needed urgently.Can this pkease be resolved now.Im on a call with them now and they are telling me there's no feedback.I mean really,what sort of incompetence is this.I need this parcel delivered no later than today please D***
