Paxi's Poor Service

I wish somebody warned me about Paxi, my parcel is still not delivered as it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. The staff always tell you that they are waiting for feedback from courier. The management is always in a meeting. PAXI has poor customer service. I am so angry I must call every day to be told that we are waiting for feedback.
