PAXI's Horrible Service.

What a horrible service I have been getting from PAXI. I bought my kids shoes for Christmas in November and they were supposed to be delivered by the 4th December already however to this day I am getting a run around. One moment my order is on the way another moment it was taken by the wrong courier. Now I call today they don't have an answer regarding my parcel all I hear is we have escalated. I want my parcel and I want it today 13 days later from the date I was supposed to receive my parcel I'm still being told that they are escalating. I'm going home on Thursday and I am not leaving without my kids shoes.
