May you please advise when I am to get my parcel... the parcel was sent on the 5th of September even on the 27th I haven't received it.. I understand you had/have an unrest ... may you please sort this out as the parcel sent is of importance and I would really appreciate it if you advise on the whereabouts of this parcel... it has been on route to the store from the 14th of September.. when I asked it was short delivered ... prompt reply to the matter would be appreciated
