PAXI - Worst service ever

Worst service ever, my mom sent urgent documents to me on 2nd Dec 2020, today is 14 Dec 2020 and still have not received my documents - they communicated that I will receive them with between 3-5days. When you call their call centre you aren't able to talk to the manager. Will never use them again!!
