PAXI- WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

WORST WORST WORST Service ever!!!! Parcel got lost! Struggled to submit the claim. Gave my email address 3 times, Sent an email with the value of my parcel. Phoning regularly to follow up! Finally after a month I got an email that they will refund R500. The Parcel was worth R3339!!!!! It was a birthday present for my Mom.. I am sooooo disappointed with the service received from PAXI! I wil NEVER use PAXI again!!
