PAXI WORST SERVICE

I have been waiting for my parcel since the 1st of December 2020.

i received an SMS on 06/12/2020 that my parcel is finally on its way and I will receive an SMS then it arrives.

Today 11/12/2020 i still have not received anything. i did call them and was informed that the parcel did not arrive at their store yet and as still with the company sending it to me? how can it still not be shipped if I already received a PAXI tracking number??

waiting 11 days for a parcel is not good service at all and i am beginning to think that the parcel is eventually missing.
