Paxi worst courier ever!!!!!!!!

Paxi courier service is pathetic, and I am not even happy with their customer service. The parcel was sent on the 2nd September 2023 and until this day we haven't received it,and tracking still showing that the parcel is at the courier hub. I'm extremely angry as it's my daughter's wedding dress but paxi decided to ruin her big day. I don't understand why do you promote false advertising because your delivery takes over a month to arrive. I need the parcel to be delivered ASAP because your turn around time is long overdue. You don't even deserve a star because you care less of your customers!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡
