PAXI WHERE IS MY PARCEL? 😡😡😡

My parcel was sent to an incorrect location. A request to reroute the parcel was submitted. The delivery code was changed. Whenever I call to enquire about the location of my parcel, no one seems to have an answer. The PAXI app states: FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT BY COURIER. INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY. The status hasn’t changed in 48 hours. The call centre agent can’t confirm the whereabouts of my package. PAXI is a nightmare. I don’t recommend using it. For peace of mind, try other courier services.
