Paxi used for ******** perposes

I recently sent a package to someone at metlife mall and he sent a package to me from metlife to Pepcell Hammanskraal we both sent on saterday the same time his arrived first the Wednesday and as soon as he received my package he rerouted his back to metlife mall so is it that easy to **** someone if a package is send why would they reroute it back to the senders destination I lost a laptop because of this and I just think you should let both parties the sender and receiver know that the package has been rerouted back so I can't reroute mine back because he already collected it paxi is making it easier for ******** to **** people and for that reason I'll never use paxi services again and will make sure to recommend another company
