PAXI UNRELIABLE SERVICE

on the 23 October I sent a package from Mokopane PEP to PEP Bronkhorstruit with tracking number D*** I paid R59.95 with a turn around time of 5 days, 8 days later when I tried tracking down the package I called and I was told the package was in Joburg and then later on head office called me and told me that package vehichle was hijacked in Durban, I am now confuse because the tracking shows that the package is still in joburg so what was it doing in Durban. I was later told that I will be refunded R500 now that I told them the value was R2000. when I went to drop off the package no one told me about the insurance. if I was told about the insurance I was going to pay for it. I feel so ****** by paxi. I need my package for I have paid for the package.
