Paxi uncompensated parcel

I sent 2 parcel via paxi on 2 diffrent occasions ,the parcel did not reach the destination , when i contacted paxi . They had no straight answer about the first parcel and told me the second one was in a car that was hijacked. They asked how much did the item in the parcel cost and i told them 1500. They said they can only pay 500 of which i have not recieved it
