Paxi thievery

In October of 2022 my business sent a package with valuable items to Midrand from Queens mall pep via Paxi courier services the package was opened and all items of value ****** in very unhappy Paxi insurance took all the details paid out R1000 R500 on two occasions but refuse to take full responsibility please be aware people this **** is going on the manager also made me aware that this is an ongoing thing with theft using Paxi be ware I have told everyone I come accross about this **** even reported it to media house like Carte Blanche no ons investigated this but to all paying South Africans be aware of this **** I would not want it to happen to anyone else as Paxi covers for the ******* involved and sweeps it under the rug Shame in you Paxi you ****med me shame on you
