PAXI ****** item

Missing item on parcel D***. I sent out a parcel from PEP call bayside mall Cape town (P4557) on tuesday 8 November 2022 to Cala Pep cell (P4778). The parcel was collected by my sister on 15 November 2022 only to find out the item was ****** and the box was empty.

The parcel was slightly opened and the receiver confirmed on the side she could enter her hand before even opening the parcel. She then returned to PEP store to report the missing item from which she was told to contact PAXI. I then logged a claim and have been following up with PAXI until today. I got a response today that the claim was declined. They do confirm that the agent that was called confirmed that the parcel was slightly opened but further said there were no reports of damages to the parcel. This is ridiculous, the damage is clearly slightly opening the parcel and taking out the item. I cant accept this incontinence and i'm willing to do whatever it takes for whoever is liable to be accountable
