Paxi stoled my parcel

So i was supposed to receive a very important parcel from paxi on the 3rd of may then never got it. I called the customer care so many times they hanged up on me sometimes when i asked where is my parcel. They told me they dont communicate with the courier service via phone they use emails then the stories keep changing. Im hurt, worried about my parcel. They they operate is not good at all. But i wish to get my parcel I will take legal actions if i have to.
