Paxi stole my parcel!!! They don't want to deliver it coz they want to ***** it!!!!

I am highly disappointed in PEP and PAXI services!!!!! I sent a parcel on the 19th of May at 9:08am from Cape Gate Mall to Mount Frere. The parcel was to take 7-10 business days to arrive to the destination.

The parcel has been saying "With courier" for two weeks now. I've called paxi and they apparently "called" the courier and they promised that the parcel will be delivered on Monday 5 June.

Today is Wednesday and the parcel is still with the courier 😡😡😡

I am beyond ****ed off by their disgusting service.

I called again this morning, the lady still couldn't confirm when my parcel would be delivered! I will never ever use their poor services again.
