PAXI sms service

I would like to express my disappointment with using this service. I have sent parcels with PAXI but the only communication(sms-parcel no.) was when I started using the service. Ever since the I have to call their call centre( if you are lucky they will answer) to get the Parcel no, mind you i send to rurals. This time, no answer at all from call centre. Thought of contacting them via whatsapp no, but whatsapp is self service, a robot.
