Paxi services

I sent a parcel from Bloemfontein to Mamelodi on the 6/7/2021 and I've been tracking it on their website only on the 28/2021 it showed that it had been picked up hy courier on the 02/08/2021 got an sms saying that it had been delivered at the store...went to the store on the 03/8/2021 and my parcel is not at store, they say it was delivered by mistake to a different store....that i went to that store and still my parcel is not there and when I call them (paxi) again they say its a mistake the parcel has not been delivered....today the 5/8/2021 i calk them again only to be told that my parcel is on its way to Alberton....why Alberton they can't answer me....I'm spending a lot of money calling them without answers, I use a lot of data on their watsapp talking to their agents who does not even have answers and they always say they will escalate my matter with their managers and they will call be back and they don't, I've sent countless emails without reply...
