PAXI SERVICE SUCK EMPTY PROMISES AND LIES NO CUSTOMER CARE

DON'T USE PAXI PEP COURIER RATHER PUDO OR ARAMEX 3rd time I have used PAXI 3rd time complications no delivery at all or late delivery. When you call they EVERY TIME have the same pick-up line, "we cannot hear you" ....THEN when you send a whatsapp they tell you, you can wait another week because they are busy. I'll tell you why they are busy there system is a flop. Employee's cannot read. Then eventually after several whatsapp's up and down....you get a whatsapp "Hey welcome to PAXI you are chatting to ZANDA How can I assist you and then they just flat-out ignore you and don't reply. PAXI....your service suck and PUDO and ARAMEX soon will have you out of the market...BECAUSE THEY KEEP TO THEIR DELIVERAY PROMISES
