Paxi service is very poor

I've been waiting for my parcel from the19th of Dec till now instead they f***ing me around telling me my parcel is at PEP home when they called they said it's not there out of the blue my parcel was taken back to PEP in Eastern cape how's that possible bcz I got a massage that my parcel arrived on the 19th n on the 21 I was there how did it go back n now whenever I go to PEP store in Balfour park Johannesburg bcz that's where it was dropped they giving me attitude n they ignoring my calls if I call them I'm buying airtime every day to call them they ignore the calls n when I'm tracking my parcel it shows its there they making this as if it's my fault the last time they answered my call they said my parcel is in the way back to Motherwell PEP store I'll get a massage when it's there then I'll have to pick it up like I'm so angry bcz I didn't even get the massage they were telling me about they just stressing me out f***ing me around I called the Head office the lady that answered was telling me she doesn't understand why they saying my parcel is not there but it's there she said she can see it it's there this morning I received another Massage from Paxi that I've got 24hours left to collect my parcel at PEP Balfour park Johannesburg
