Paxi service is rediculous
I have sent parcel D*** on 3 July 2020 with 3 to 5 days service, today is 14 July 2020. I have called Paxi, agents are saying they will send an email to RAM, l have sent emails. This is ridiculous.

15 Jul 2020, 11:20I have called Paxi this morning. I have been holding for 25 minutes finally an agent buy the name of Xabisa answers the call. I asked if he can call me he responded "l will try". He did not call me. When l asked what his surname is the response was lam not allowed to disclose my surname. I have recorded the call and will forward it to Paxi. The parcel is still not delivered. This is very stressful. Parcel dropped off on the 3rd of July, l have chosen 3 to 5 days service. Today is 15 July. Iam still not getting any help

15 Jul 2020, 11:51I have called again and was assisted by an agent called Namhla Sandla. I explained waht has happened and l asked her to call me since l have been holding for more than 25mins. She called me and explained what there is a delay in my parcel. Thanks Namhla Sandla for your good service. We need more agent like you at Paxi not agents like Xabisa.
