PAXI service is pathetic and unreliable

PAXI service is pathetic and unreliable. My parcel was handed over to them on the 7th Dec 2025. I received an sms confirmation, and the collection date(19 Dec 2025). To date, I haven't received my parcel. I've been trying to get through to follow up on my parcel delivery. I stayed online for over 15mins to speak to a consultant. They sent a message apologizing on the 23rd Dec 2025. Imagine, they send communication 4 days later from the delivery date and after numerous calls I've been calling them. I now can not gift my kids their Christmas gifts. Thanks to PAXI🚮💔🥹
