PAXI REPUTATION COMPROMISED!!

Got the worst customer service ever at PEP York Road, Mthatha. I was assisted by a lady named Thobekile Ndaba who had ZERO care for what I want went to do inside the store. Because of her carelessness I stand to lose a parcel worth R800 via PAXI because she didn't include the insurance I asked for my package and didn't care to rectify her mistake. Instead, she just left me at the till and went on lunch. When I tried following up with her for a way forward after she was shouting me atnthe store adamant that i did not ask for insurance but said i was buying "through insurance" -she said "There I go again- there is no way she could help me and get her mistake rectified and just left me at the till like that". I am livid and very disappointed to say the least.
