PAXI POSTAGE PARCELS

I have been using PAXI often. On numerous postages I use cellotape. Never was my parcel not excepted with the cellotape. I purchased a bag to send added my cellotape. When got to the Pep I store it bag was refused. Lady said bag is damaged, you need to purchase a new bag. The bag was not over filled. I called the help line same answer purchase a new bag. I then went out took off the tape, only then was it excepted PAXI IS BAD NEWS.
