Paxi - poor service

I asked for delivery of an urgent order from Gauteng to Worcester, Western Cape. Parcel was send from Gauteng on 30 October, still haven't receive it, today 20 November. I have send 4 emails and requested that someone phone me, still no response. Paxi state that their service is reliable.......no they are not. State that they give feedback in 24 hours....no they don't.
