Paxi poor service

I couriered a parcel with paxi on the 1st of March (3-5 days option) and today is the 17th and it hasn’t been delivered. Whenever I call or WhatsApp them they all don’t have answers for me the only thing they say is they will escalate the matter. That parcel had documents that are needed urgently.
