Paxi poor service delivery

Paxi is not a good service provider/, posted my parcel on the 15th of November 2023 , with the delivery of 7 -9 days i have been tracking it has not yet reached its destination and now my problem is my client is complaining since they didn't even receive a message from their side that update them on any activity, and when i track it it shows hammersdalewhile i was sending it to secunda went to where i dropped my parcel at Malelane inkwazi complex they've told to call paxi since its not their problem im so disappointed with paxi don't want to lie
