PAXI POOR SERVICE

On 30th June a parcel was send from Witriver with Paxi! It never arrive at Pep Stores Great Brakriver. It is wort R750.00? I do not get a response from Paxi after numerous calls/messages and emails! It is the poorest service that anybody can ask for!
