PAXI POOR SERVICE

Poor service, On the 16th of January 2026, I send a parcel at Soshanguve Crossing Pep store which was to be delivered to Pep store Hartebeesfontein Mamaila Mall(P7344) estimated arrival date(2026/01/29) past and Pep store could not assist and advised me to call PAXI , I called them(PAXI) twice and each time I call the person who answers have no correct information regarding my parcel, more than 20 days later I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.
