PAXI POOR COERIER SERVICE

I would like to share my disappointed service received from Paxi. I went to Langeber Mall PEP on 4 April 2023 past 5 the afternoon to Paxi a parcel to PEP Lemontree Branch. The lady only received her parcel on 24 April 2023. There was public holidays I understand it completley. On Paxi website it states 7-9 buisness days. Jeepers it was more than those days. very dissapointed. I always receive Paxi parcels from Cape Town and it never takes this long
