Paxi Pep to PEP......Not for the faint hearted or people with hi blood pressure!!

A parcel was send to me on the 15th of Feb from Vryburg. Yesterday I tried to track my parcel, all I could find out is that the parcel left on the 18th....... Today when I phoned I was promised that I will receive my parcel today because it left the store room and are on the way to PEP..... I used the tracking app they provided, this said my parcel has just entered Durban Hub........ I phoned again and this time I was told that I will recieve my parcel on Monday the 1st of March! 13 Days!! Hopefully I won't get another excuse on Monday!?
