Doesnt even deserve a star! After sending a parcell to a dear friend, paying for the 3-5 days delivery, she recieved the parcell 2 weeks later today..all the boxes Hug in a Mugs were so damaged and torn apart, and they were wrapped for extra protection. Im so disappointed in paxi, really, never in my life will i ever use their services again!
