Paxi Pep is terrible!!

Terrible service seriously! Would not recommend them at all even if they are the cheapest.. Im the receiver of the package so this means i dint have much of n choice as to which courier i want. Been waiting for 2 weeks now on a parcel that was supposed to be rerouted they still delivered it at the incorrect store its send back to the hub for the 2nd time now and no one can give me an explanation as to when i will receive it
