Paxi, Pep home Pan africa and Capricorn bad service

On the 26 of November I dropped off my package at Pep Home pan africa junction, my package was supposed to have been delivered on the 3rd of November 2024. I called paxi contact center and they couldn't even trace the package the contact centre agent by the name of Nthabiseng requested me to return to the store and check whether the package is still there?! Imagine after so many days!!! I paid for this services yet I'm being taken from pillar to post. For some reason no1 knows where my package is at! And no1 can advise why it's delayed.
