PAXI, PEP a den of theives

On the 04th July 2023 , I sent a parcel using PAXI at PEP store, Atteridgeville Stadium Centre. I had no ID and was told to leave the parcel so it can be captured on the system and return the following day with my ID for verification of the Parcel. I did as told by the cashier and returned the following day, little did I know that I (the sender) and the receiver must receive an OTP to confirm the dispatch of the parcel.

Fast forward 13 days later, the Parcel hasn't reached the destination. When enquiring about the parcel at PAXI, I was told my details can't be found on their system, meaning there's no parcel at all.

I would like to edge all those using PAXI and PEP to be careful as their staff can't be trusted. My parcel was worth R350 and I lost it due to a greedy staff member who thought I'd never do a follow up on my parcel.

Furthermore the PAXI chatbot is useless.

Staff at PEP Atteridgeville Stadium Centre are ******* and something should be done about it. We can't go around buying things and staff members from PEP *****ing what we bought with our hard earned money. Something needs to be done
