Paxi parcel that arrived opened and on a different package

Sent a parcel at Pep via Paxi....parcel arrived opened and in different package(large) but I did seal it myself on a small package,when it arrived on destination store it was not sealed properly( Large package) ...went to the store were i sent the package they could not help,theres missing items.
