Paxi Parcel service a disasters

Three weeks ago I send a parcel via Paxi from Pep mall at reds to home in Soweto. It was on the 14th of September, two days later 18 Sep, I got an sms that the parcel has arrived at Pep Protea Glen mall. My nephews went to collect the parcel and it was the wrong parcel. We took it back to pep and asked them to call Paxi to check where my parcel was. When they checked my parcel was on its way to Cape Town. I was promised that it will be stopped in Bloemfontein and sent back to Soweto. Three weeks later I'm calling Paxi every day and I'm not getting any joy from them. They lost my parcel and can't trace it with Ram. They don't care and I am being taken from pillar to post when I call. Please do not use their service if you don't want to loose your staff. They are not safe and reliable. STAY FAR AWAY FROM PAXI if you have a parcel.
