PAXI Parcel separately

BAD Service I've send 2parcel vai Paxi frm JHB to KZN,on the 2nd of June requested the 3-5days services ,on Saturday the Parcel was arrive at Newcastle skynet my both parcel,but to my surprise yesterday they only Delivery one parcel at Uitvaal Pep...wat a bad services I've call they call centre they told me that the other parcel is still at Newcastle ...Very bad service nd it was my last time sending parcel via Paxi
