PAXI parcel opened by PEP staff before the customer received it.

I picked up my PAXI parcel from the Westwood PEP branch in Durban and the parcel was CUT OPEN and TORN before I received it. The store manager, Nosipho Nigidi, could not justify why the parcel was open before I picked it up. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with the service from PEP Westwood. The staff have absolutely NO RIGHT to open customers PAXI parcels. I refuse to deal with this store from now on due to the ************* staff. I have also posted my complaint on Facebook and Hello Peter.
