PAXI PARCEL NOT DELIVERED ON THE DESIGNATED DATE

I ordered a item and it was sent via Paxi courier services on the 1st of April and Paxi claims it takes 7-9 days . I am going to the graduation party on the 18th april and I dont know what I m going to wear because the parcel has not arrived wheras they said it will arrive on the 14th of April. Poor service indeed because when I called the office on the 15th they are telling me it only departed the initial spot on the 14th . This is so unprofessional and it is a very poor service . I dont wish to use their services again .
