Good day Need assistance with my parcel that send from pep store in midrand San ridge square.so what happened is I send my parcel as I normally do without any hustle but this time around when I send my parcel, it was in August 2024 in the morning and they gave me reference...after few days they send me sms that the will be a delay n n until I called in to find out how long will it delay but there was no specific answer .so now in November wen I called, they told me that my parcel was lost n I need to give them to tell them how much my parcel worth .so when I told them that my parcel were of R1.548.60,they r now telling me that they can only refund me R500.00 because I didn't pay for insurance which I was never told about it as I have always send my parcel..now they r giving me this story...I need help to get my money back please or my parcel because I have a receipt for my items that I bought
