PAXI parcel D***

I've been expecting my parcel from PAXI since the 12th of December,I received an sms after rerouting my parcel that it ha been successfully rerouted on the 6th of Dec and I should expect it delivered but till today it hasn't been delivered .

I spent too much airtime trying to call them with no luck

I am still waiting for my parcel till this day.I didn't get my son's Christmas clothes that I ordered from Durban because PAXI failed me.When I track it it says parcel closed,I called them and they promised delivering it soon but nothing is happening.
