Paxi parcel

For the past three days, we have been in contact with Paxi/PEP regarding parcels that have been stuck at the Skooch depot for close to two weeks. Despite our repeated inquiries, the only response we receive is that our "matter has been escalated." To date, no one has been able to provide concrete assistance or a resolution timeline. We require immediate intervention to locate and deliver our parcels.
