Paxi parcel

I used pexi to send a parcel to the Eastern cape the parcel cost around R2350 and it got lost now they want to pay me R500 😢😢😢 They telling me now that I was supposed to insure the parcel and I didn't get that information about parcel insurance from Pep store.
