Paxi or Pep are not to be trusted. I am suspecting theft of the parcel

Paxi is not to be trusted. After I sent a parcel, on the same day I received an SMS as the sender but the receiver did not. The estimated date of arrival was on the 14th of May 2025. Till today I have not received any SMS confirming the arrival of the parcel. When I contacted the Paxi agent, they confirmed that it arrived at the PEP store on the 8th of May. I am assuming theft of the items at this point.
