PAXI NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

The 1 star is honestly for zero! PAXI Services are not as reliable as you think. If a parcel can vanish in the system without anyone knowing where it is who should be held accountable? I sent my parcel via Pep Paxi in Table View, Bayside Mall on 28 May 2024 and opted for the 3-5 working days to Shop, 5 Fleet Street, King Williams Town, King Williams Town, Eastern Cape, 5601. It's the 24th of June and still, my receiver hasn't gotten their belongings. The fact that I must follow up to know what is going on is sickening. I am so sorry but seriously guys, how is it that a store confirms using just the last 4 digits of the of the tracking number that the Parcel is at the store??? Tell me, how is this a confirmation, because it turns out that the parcel which was "confirmed on Wednesday the 19th of June by a Pep Supervisor to a PAXI Manager" doesn't correspond to my details, it is someone else's. Yes, it was updated on their system that the parcel is ready for pickup. When the receiver gets to the store, they are told that they made a mistake, that it was not our parcel.!! They have called PAXI and explained what happened. And PAXI said they will investigate with their courier company and revert. This was on Thursday the 20th of June. This morning I received a call from PAXI informing me that my parcel was involved in a burglary incident that took place on Friday, how??? when I have been well informed that my parcel did not arrive and confirmed by the store that it is not at the store? CAN PAXI PLEASE RESOLVE THIS SYSTEM GLITCH THAT SHOWS THAT PEOPLE'S BELONGINGS CAN GO MISSING, OR STUFF CAN BE HELPING THEMSELVES HOW WILL WE KNOW? Kindly fix this.
