Paxi not reliable nor trustworthy

Will never make use of Paxi again! Sent a Christmas gift to my mother the 14th of December and as of today there is still no sign of the package. After calling the centre numerous time they state this package "might be lost". How the hell do you lose a package!!!??? You have ONE JOB and that is to transport packages!!! This package have been ******!!! I have been battling for more than a week to try and get feedback. Tried emailing with no response. Horrible service from the whatsapp line as everyone always has the same response - "awaiting feedback, we apologise". This is not good enough! Not a reliable nor a trustworthy service to use for courier!!!!!!!
