Paxi not giving me feedback for lost package

I sent a package with Paxi on the 15Jan2022 Tracking no D*** Till today my receiver hasn't received the correct parcel... she received a wrong package with our tracking no pasted on the plastic.. my BIG issue is no one gives me feed back or reason why the package..... can someone contact me on my email.. I want my item back
