Paxi not delivery and having excuses when contacting them

I was suppose to receive my parcel on the 13th of October, but all I get is that parcel is delayed and whats worse the parcel arrived on 7th at the Cape Town warehouse... Instead paxi the only reply they give me is my matter has been escalated without even checking that they have been saying the same thing since last week already. Also saying they will get back to me but not doing so.
