PAXI NOT DELIVERING ON WHAT WAS STIPULATED IN THEIR COURIER ESTIMATED DELIVERY DAY

I chose the 7 day delivery package deal and my package still hasn't arrived,and it's been over 2 weeks now. I tried contacting them and the number is not going through. I paid a lot of money for my package to be delivered within 7 days, only for it to take forever to get to me. I also tried to track to and the status is "delayed". The company didn't also have the decency to update me about the status of my package,they've just been quiet. At this point,all I want is for my package to either be taken back to the sender or get to the recipient immediately.
